Fashion_Fussion uses account access controls, secure checkout safeguards and payment confirmation checks to protect customer shopping and order activity. Final payable values are shown before order placement.
Payment safety: use only the payment options shown during Fashion_Fussion checkout. If a payment status is unclear, check My Orders before paying again and contact Customer Care if you need help.
Checkout and payments
- Review the final product value, GST, discounts, delivery charge and total payable before placing an order.
- Online payment credentials should be entered only in the secure payment interface shown during checkout.
- Cash on Delivery may be offered when it is available for the order.
- If a payment appears successful but the order status is unclear, do not immediately pay again. Check My Orders or contact Customer Care.
Account safety
- Use a strong, unique password for your Fashion_Fussion account.
- Keep your email and phone details accurate so account and order communication reaches you.
- Do not share your password or account access with another person.
- Only your authorized account should be used to view your saved details and order history.
Payment secrets
Fashion_Fussion Customer Care will never ask you to share your OTP, card CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Do not send these details in a support ticket, email, phone call or chat.
