Payment safety: Fashion_Fussion will never ask you to share an OTP, card CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password with Customer Care. Enter payment credentials only in the secure payment interface shown during checkout.

Account & contact informationName, email, phone and account information used for sign-in, service communication and support.

Delivery informationRecipient and address details used to deliver and support your orders.

Order & payment recordsProducts, quantities, prices, GST, discounts, delivery values, payment/refund status and transaction references used to support orders and refunds.

Support & business informationMessages, order references, GST/business details and quote information you provide when using support or business-buying features.

Why information is used

Provide account access and show your account-specific records.
Prepare checkout, place orders and maintain order history.
Process payments, cancellations, returns and eligible refunds.
Use saved delivery addresses for the orders you choose to place.
Provide Customer Care, business-buying support and security assistance.
Prevent misuse, resolve payment/order problems and meet reasonable accounting or legal obligations.

Service providers

Fashion_Fussion works with trusted service providers for account access, website operation, payments, delivery/support and fraud prevention. Information reasonably needed for those functions may be processed by those providers while delivering the relevant service.

Shopping information on your device

Some shopping or session information may be stored temporarily in your browser so your cart and checkout can continue between pages. Final order values are confirmed before an order is placed.

Retention

Account, address, order, payment-reference, refund, support and business-request records may be retained for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. Different record types may have different retention periods.

For a question about personal information associated with your Fashion_Fussion account or order, contact Customer Care. Include enough account or order context to identify your request, but never send an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
