Returns, cancellations & refunds

This page explains the Fashion_Fussion order policy. Order-specific actions and statuses shown in My Orders or Order Details reflect the current state of your order.

Before fulfilment progressesEligible orders can be cancelled while they remain in an allowed stage.

Order-specific eligibility matters. A cancellation, return, exchange or refund is not confirmed until the relevant action is accepted or processed for that order.

Cancelling an order

Customer cancellation is available only while the order remains in an eligible fulfilment and payment state. Once the order progresses beyond the eligible stage, the normal cancellation action is no longer available.

For an eligible Cash on Delivery order cancelled before payment is collected, no payment refund is required.
For an eligible prepaid order, the refundable amount is based on the recorded order values and any due refund is returned to the original payment method.
The recorded delivery component is not included in a customer-initiated prepaid cancellation refund.

Returns and exchanges after delivery

Once an order is marked delivered, Order Details may offer item-level actions to request a size exchange, return for refund, or report an issue. Requests are reviewed before resolution.

Exchange availability is confirmed after review; requesting a size does not reserve or guarantee stock.
A return request is not the same as an approved refund.
Submit eligible requests from Order Details so they stay linked to the correct order and item.

How return refunds are handled

For an approved eligible prepaid return, the refundable value is based on eligible returned-item order values and applicable GST. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported.

Orders involving coupons, gift cards or other discounts may need additional review before the final refund amount is confirmed.
Cash on Delivery return refunds may require an eligible verified payout method and Customer Care review.
Refund status and available reference information can be viewed in your account when available.

Delivery charges and refund timing

The current checkout applies a ₹49 delivery charge below a ₹299 product subtotal. For customer-initiated prepaid cancellation, the recorded delivery component is non-refundable. Refund completion timing can depend on the payment method and receiving bank, so Fashion_Fussion does not promise instant credit after a refund is initiated.

No stock or refund-timing promise: exchange stock is confirmed only after review, and a refund marked initiated or pending may not yet have reached the receiving account.
